Orders are usually processed within 72 hours.
Delivery takes 7–10 business days once shipped.

If your order includes a pre-order item, production begins after the preorder period closes and will ship once it’s ready.

We currently ship to over 160 countries worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Order Changes

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed or before they have shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
Refunds are available when items are shipped back to our warehouse in their original condition.
