Please note: Pre-order items begin production after the preorder period closes, and shipping times apply once production is complete.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to over 80 countries worldwide! Delivery times and rates vary depending on destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes that are not covered by Every September.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed and before they’ve been shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
Refunds are available when items are shipped back to our warehouse in their original condition.

My tracking hasn’t updated — should I be concerned?
